Supreme 10AOHT-LO delivers an outstanding combination of performance properties such as excellent thermal conductivity, superior electrical insulation and the ability to withstand thermal cycling. This toughened, one part epoxy bonds well to a variety of substrates over the wide temperature range of 4K to 400°F.

Available in 30 gram cookies, EP36 is a unique one component, high performance epoxy for bonding, encapsulation, potting and coating applications. It has a special formulation that allows the product to be both tough and heat resistant without sacrificing mechanical, electrical, or thermal properties. For example at 100°C, EP36 has a Shore D hardness of 25-30 and yet it will maintain its integrity and dimensional stability.

Suitable for applications where long-term exposure to a broad range of temperatures from -60°F to +450°F is required, Supreme 45HTQ is a toughened, quartz filled system. It produces durable high strength bonds which have a superior ability to withstand thermal cycling and chemicals. It is widely used in downhole, oil processing and other petrochemical applications.

Since it is a toughened system, EP21FL is ideal for bonding dissimilar substrates with differing coefficients of expansion. It is effective for bonding surfaces subjected to rigorous thermal cycling as well as thermal and mechanical shocks. EP21FL is a wonderful potting compound, particularly for larger cross section thicknesses.

Featuring outstanding thermal conductivity, electrical insulation properties and a low viscosity, MasterSil 151 is an ideal high performance potting, casting and encapsulation compound. Serviceable over the wide range of -65°F to +400°F, it offers convenient handling with the ability to cure at room temperature or faster at elevated temperatures. These properties make this system well suited for applications involving sensitive optical and electronic components where heat dissipation is critical.

This room temperature curing, two part adhesive is widely used in medical devices because of its capability of withstanding repeated sterilizations, including radiation, ethylene oxide, chemical sterilants and especially autoclaving. In addition, it fully complies with the testing requirements of USP Class VI plastics. EP42HT-2Med is a superior adhesive, sealant and coating and can also be used for potting and encapsulating up to 2-3 inches thick.
