EP36: B-Staged One Component Epoxy
Available in 30 gram cookies, EP36 is a unique one component, high performance epoxy for bonding, encapsulation, potting and coating applications. It has a special formulation that allows the product to be both tough and heat resistant without sacrificing mechanical, electrical, or thermal properties. For example at 100°C, EP36 has a Shore D hardness of 25-30 and yet it will maintain its integrity and dimensional stability.

Supreme 45HTQ: Thermally Stable Epoxy Has Exceptional Chemical Resistance
Suitable for applications where long-term exposure to a broad range of temperatures from -60°F to +450°F is required, Supreme 45HTQ is a toughened, quartz filled system. EP21FL: Low Viscosity, Toughened Two Part Epoxy
Since it is a toughened system, EP21FL is ideal for bonding dissimilar substrates with differing coefficients of expansion. It is effective for bonding surfaces subjected to rigorous thermal cycling as well as thermal and mechanical shocks. EP21FL is a wonderful potting compound, particularly for larger cross section thicknesses.

EP42HT-2Med: Medical Grade, High Temperature Resistant Epoxy
This room temperature curing, two part adhesive is widely used in medical devices because of its capability of withstanding repeated sterilizations, including radiation, ethylene oxide, chemical sterilants and especially autoclaving. In addition, it fully complies with the testing requirements of USP Class VI plastics. EP42HT-2Med is a superior adhesive, sealant and coating and can also be used for potting and encapsulating up to 2-3 inches thick.
