UV15-42C: UV Curable Compound with a Non-Drip Viscosity

Offering impressive toughness, UV15-42C is a very high strength, one part, translucent adhesive that can withstand thermal and mechanical shocks while retaining excellent dimensional stability. It is a competent electrical insulator and has exceptionally low shrinkage upon curing. UV15-42C is not oxygen inhibited and will cure in thicknesses up to ¼ inch. Adhesion to glass, polycarbonates and acrylics is outstanding.

MasterSil 922-LO: One Part, Low Outgassing Silicone

Featuring a paste consistency, MasterSil 922-LO is a specially blended RTV silicone system that is primarily used for bonding, sealing and coating. First and foremost, this non-corrosive, neutral type curing system fully passes NASA low outgassing test requirements. Serviceable over the wide temperature range of -175°F to +500°F, this silicone can withstand highly aggressive thermal cycling and shock requirements.

FL901S: Electrically Conductive, Silver Filled Adhesive Film

High performance silver filled epoxy adhesive film, FL901S features outstanding electrical conductivity, superior mechanical strength and first rate chemical resistance properties. It cures quickly at moderate temperatures and can be used for bonding electronic components onto substrates as well as for applications where EMI/RFI shielding is needed. Preformed shapes are available upon request.

Supreme 10AOHT-LO: Thermal Conductive Epoxy is NASA Low Outgassing Approved

Master Bond’s Supreme 10AOHT-LO features high peel and shear strengths, superior electrical insulation properties and a thermal conductivity of 9-10 BTU/in/ft²/hr/°F. It has a service temperature range of 4K to +400°F. This one part system is resistant to impact, thermal shock, vibration and stress fatigue cracking while meeting NASA low outgassing requirements. It is used in applications ranging from manufacturing optoelectronic devices to satellite assembly/repair.

EP79FL: Silver Coated Nickel Conductive Epoxy

EP79FL is a silver coated nickel filled polymer system that forms high strength bonds even at extreme cryogenic temperatures. It is electrically conductive and has a volume resistivity of <0.005 ohm-cm. As a silver coated nickel filled system, it is much more cost effective than conventional silver filled epoxies. EP79FL is a flexible system with exceptional chemical resistance properties. The adhesive spreads evenly and smoothly. It has a convenient one to one mix ratio by weight.
