Master Bond EP41AT Epoxy Coating is a solvent-free, two component epoxy resin composition designed for applications where hard, tough, special corrosion resistant coatings are required. It features excellent resis-tance to solvent media such as methyl ethyl ketone, xylene,1,1,1, trichloroethane, ethyl alcohol and cyclohexane. It is readily prepared for use by mixing the resin (A) and hardener (B) components with a non-critical 100 to 20 weight ratio. The mixed composition can be applied in films ranging from less than 5 mils to more than 120 mils in thickness. Master Bond EP41AT Epoxy Coating cures completely at ambient temperatures even in the presence of moisture. The cured coatings feature excellent/good chemical resistance to water, inorganic and organic acids, alkalis, many organic solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, etc. Successful applications include marine coatings, exterior tank coatings, pipe and tank linings and other products where a chemical resistant finish is needed.
