Master Bond Polymer System MB519 is a high performance hot melt compound designed to provide excellent adhesion to untreated plastics (polyolefins, polyesters, polycarbonates, polyblends), cellulosics and metals. It exhibits a comparatively low softening point, low viscosity at 350°F and low peel values. Bond strength develops rapidly and is maintained over a wide temperature range (-25°F to +150°F). Recommended application temperature is 350-375°F (176-190°C). For optimal results surfaces to be bonded should be free of dirt, oil and grease.
