Master Sil 158 is a two component high viscosity featuring high temperature resistance up to 600°F along with superior physical properties such as high tear strength. Master Sil 158 cures readily at room temperature and more rapidly at elevated temperatures. The mix ratio is a convenient ten to one by weight and the color when mixed is brown. Master Sil 158 has very low shrinkage - less than .1%, and it contains no solvents or diluents. It bonds to a wide variety of substrates including metals, plastics, glass and rubber. A special primer can be used to enhance adhesion to various substrates. The color of part A is brown, part B is translucent.
