Master Bond Polymer System Supreme 10HTFL features a unique blend of physical properties including outstanding peel strength (>50pli), very high shear strength (>2000 psi) and a wide range of temperature serviceability from 4K to +350°F. Supreme 10HTFL offers special handling properties including no mixing, unlimited working life at room temperature, and no change in viscosity over time.
Master Bond SUPREME10HTFL forms high strength tough bonds for service over the remarkably wide temperature range of 4K to over 350°F and in fact, it has been used successfully in many cryogenic applications. As a flexible compound, it offers superior resistance to impact, thermal shock, vibration and stress fatigue cracking while providing the moisture, creep, corrosion and thermal resistance typical of high performance epoxy resins. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any diluents or solvents.
Master Bond Polymer System SUPREME10HTFL is remarkably resistant to severe thermal cycling and many to chemicals including water, oil, fuels and most organic solvents even upon prolonged exposure in hostile environments. Adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, wood, vulcanized rubbers and many plastics is excellent. The flexible cured epoxy is a superior electrical insulator. Its normal color is amber. Other colors are available. A non-drip version called SUPREME10HTFLND2 is also available. Master Bond Polymer System SUPREME10HTFL's high performance coupled with its convenient handling make it widely used in a variety of applications in the aerospace, electronic, electrical, computer, metalworking, appliance, automotive and chemical industries.
