Master Bond U534U epoxy resin system is a solvent free, two component epoxy resin compound which cures readily at ambient temperatures even under damp, wet or underwater conditions to produce hard, tough and highly corrosion resistant bonds, seals, patches, linings and coatings. It is specially formulated to bond, seal, patch, line or coat concrete, metals, wood, fiberglass plastics and many other materials wherever the presence of moisture is a problem and offers durable, high performance service under such adverse environmental conditions. Master Bond U534U epoxy resin system offers unique protection against the effects of moisture by displacing water from the surfaces being bonded or coated until complete attachment of this remarkable epoxy resin compound molecules to said surfaces is achieved. Any water present is removed until the bonds formed are complete and water proof.

The Master Bond U534U epoxy resin system is readily prepared for use by mixing the two components in a convenient, new critical 1/1 mix ratio, weight or volume. The mixed composition can be applied in any desired thickness in films ranging from less than 3 mils to patches more than 250 mils in thickness. Cure can be achieved even at low temperatures e.g. 40°F, in the presence of moisture or underwater. Master Bond U534U epoxy resin compound can be applied even on vertical surfaces without sagging or dripping. Coverage for 10 mil coating on smooth surface approximately 160 square feet. The cured material exhibits excellent long term chemical resistance against water, organic and inorganic acids, bases such as sodium hydroxide, petroleum hydrocarbons including gasoline and other fuels, hydraulic fluids, ethylene glycol, ethanol, butanol and many other chemicals. It can also be drilled, tapped, sawed, filed and painted.
