Master Bond Polymer UV10TK40 is a unique single component, ultra violet curing, ultra violet stable, modified epoxy resin. This product offer the good adhesion, low shrinkage, and good chemical and water resin resistance associated with epoxy systems in general. UV10TK40 cures tack free in the presence of air and will gel very quickly upon UV light exposure. Very fast cures are effected with commercially available dedicated UV lamps or other sources of UV energy. UV10TK40 features high heat stability, very satisfactory all-around chemical inertness, superior dimensional stability, remarkably high surface hardness. The Tg exceeds an impressive 94°C.

Master Bond Polymer UV10TK40 is recommended for clear coating, sealing and bonding applications as well as strong castings. Pigmentation of UV10TK40 is possible but care must be taken in the choice of the pigment to assure UV transparency of the pigment/filler package. Master Bond Polymer System UV10TK40 is 100% reactive and does not contain any volatiles.
