Flame Retardant Epoxy Meets Boeing and FAR Standards
Formulated for specialty aviation applications, EP90FR-V is a two component, non-halogenated epoxy meeting FAR standard 14 CFR 25.853(a) for flame retardancy. This system passes the vertical burn test as well as Boeing specifications BSS 7238, Revision C for smoke density and BSS 7239, Revision A for toxicity. It features superior electrical insulation which makes it a great choice for electronic potting and sealing applications. Other product advantages are its convenient processing with a one to one mix ratio, excellent mechanical strength and long working life.

EP21FRNS-2: Flame Retardant Epoxy System for Industrial Applications

Featuring a non-halogenated filler, EP21FRNS-2 is a two component, room temperature curing epoxy offering low smoke generation for potting, encapsulating and casting applications. As per the UL 94V-0 specification, this system is serviceable over the wide temperature range of -60°F to 194°F [-51°C to 90°C]. It is remarkably resistant to thermal cycling and many chemicals. EP21FRNS-2 is exceptionally durable and tough. It also features a convenient one to one mix ratio by weight.

MasterSil 156: Thermally Conductive & Flame Retardant Silicone

Featuring superb electrical insulation properties, MasterSil 156 is a two component, moderate viscosity silicone system for high performance potting, encapsulation and sealing. It combines high temperature resistance, flexibility, low shrinkage upon cure and thermal conductivity exceeding 8-9 BTU•in/ft²•hr•°F [1.15-1.29 W/(m•K)]. This system is rated 94V-0 for temperatures up to 105°C [+221°F] by UL for thicknesses of 1/4 inch and above.
