Supreme 45HTQ-4 is a toughened, silicon carbide filled epoxy with outstanding thermal stability and physical properties demonstrated in this video. Supreme 45HTQ-4 is very special in that it combines exceptional chemical, temperature and abrasion resistance. This easy handling, two part compound also features low shrinkage upon curing excellent compressive strength and high dimensional stability. It can be used for a variety of bonding, sealing, coating and casting applications in oil and chemical processing, aerospace and specialty OEM industries.

| UV11-3: UV/EB Curable Coating System for Plastics |
With superb abrasion resistance, UV11-3 is an extra-hard UV curable coating for plastic substrates. This optically clear, 100% reactive system has a low viscosity that cures readily when exposed to a UV light source or EB radiation. It exhibits excellent adhesion to polycarbonates, polymethylmethacrylates, polyvinylchlorides and other plastic substrates. UV11-3 also has high resistance to staining and many common chemicals.

EP21SC-1: Outstanding Resistance to Abrasion and Chemicals |
Featuring an array of high performance properties, Master Bond EP21SC-1 is ideal for chemical and mechanical processing applications as well as tank and chute maintenance. This exceptionally rigid material has a hardness exceeding 95 Shore D and offers impressive dimensional stability. EP21SC-1 includes a silicon carbide filler which enhances its abrasion resistance. It also withstands a wide variety of chemicals including water, acids, bases, hydraulic fluids and oils. This two component epoxy system has a one to one mix ratio by weight or volume and has a smooth paste consistency.

EP30D-7: Moderate Viscosity Urethane-Modified Epoxy Features Outstanding Toughness |
Versatile, two component EP30D-7 is a flexibilized, system featuring outstanding strength, abrasion resistance and superior electrical insulation characteristics. EP30D-7 does not contain any solvents, cures at room temperature, flows smoothly and is resistant to thermal cycling. It also has excellent chemical resistant properties and bonds well to metals, glass, ceramics, composites, rubbers and plastics.
