MasterSil 920-LO: Optically Clear, Low Stress System

MasterSil 920-LO is an ideal material for the encapsulation of sensitive electronic and optical components, especially when low stress is a critical requirement. This neutral curing, non-corrosive, RTV silicone has very good flow properties and outstanding electrical insulation values, which enhance its use as a conformal coating system. This product can also withstand rigorous thermal cycling, resists up to +260°C and is NASA low outgassing compliant.

MasterSil 922-LO: One Part, Low Outgassing Silicone Has 250-350% Elongation

Featuring a paste consistency, MasterSil 922-LO is a specially blended RTV silicone system that is primarily used for bonding, sealing and coating. First and foremost, this non-corrosive, neutral type curing system fully passes NASA low outgassing test requirements. Serviceable over the wide temperature range of -175°F to +500°F, this silicone can withstand highly aggressive thermal cycling and shock requirements.

MasterSil 970-LO: Highly Flexible, Moderate Viscosity Compound

Passing NASA low outgassing testing, MasterSil 970-LO is well suited for bonding, sealing, coating and encapsulating applications. Since it is an addition cured system, it does not require air for cross-linking and can cure in thick sections well beyond 1 inch. It has robust physical strength, superior electrical insulation properties and low shrinkage upon cure. MasterSil 970-LO withstands the most rigorous types of thermal cycling and shock.

MasterSil 971-LO: Electrically Insulative, Optically Clear Formulation

Addition cured, MasterSil 971-LO does not require air for curing and will crosslink in sections thicker than 1 inch. The handling is very user friendly; its mix ratio is one to one by weight and its working life is a convenient 3-4 hours. This NASA low outgassing approved system meets ASTM E595 specifications and has impressive physical strength properties. The lap shear strength, tensile strength and elongation are also all quite good. It also is a first class electrical insulator.

MasterSil 972TC-LO: Thermally Conductive/Electrically Insulative, Low Outgassing Silicone System

MasterSil 972TC-LO is capable of transferring heat while retaining superior dielectric properties. It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, glass, ceramics as well as many types of rubber and plastics. The system has very good flexibility and elongation. It can withstand aggressive thermal cycling as well as thermal and mechanical shock. The system is 100% solid and has a white color.

MasterSil 973S-LO: Electrically Conductive, Addition Cured System Has High Flexibility

MasterSil 973S-LO is a two component, silver filled silicone with superb electrical and thermal conductivity. Its exceptionally low volume resistivity allows it to be used for many different applications involving bonding, sealing and coating. It is a paste like system with minimal flow. Its consistency allows it to be utilized as a form-in-place conductive gasketing material. Service operating temperature is -120°F to +400°F.
