Thermally conductive, EP29LPAO is a two component epoxy well suited for potting and encapsulating, even in large volumes. This product has a low exotherm, a long working life of 7-9 hours at room temperature for a 100 gram mass, excellent flow properties and convenient cure schedules. Additionally, EP29LPAO offers an outstanding strength profile with excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

EP21LVSP6 |

For applications that do not require thermal conductivity, EP21LVSP6 is an easy to handle, room temperature curing system with a long open time and a low viscosity. This epoxy features a convenient one to one mix ratio by weight or volume and can also be used in bonding, sealing and coating applications. It has very good physical strength properties as well as being an excellent electrical insulator. It even passes fungus resistance MIL-STD-810G for more specialized applications.

MasterSil 151AO

When the flexibility and temperature resistance of a silicone is needed, Master Bond offers MasterSil 151AO. This two component, low viscosity silicone combines outstanding thermal conductivity and thermal cycling resistance. MasterSil 151AO has an exceptionally low viscosity making it highly desirable for potting and encapsulation. The service temperature range for this system is -65°F to +400°F.

EP37-3LV

For large castings when only an optically clear system will do, EP37-3LV is an ideal selection. It is especially useful for composites, optical fiber, fiber reinforced materials. It has been highly successful in filament winding applications.This epoxy has a convenient two to one mix ratio by weight and is formulated to cure at room temperature or faster at elevated temperatures. It offers superior resistance to a wide range of chemicals including water, acids, bases, oils and fuels. This system also features low shrinkage upon cure. Although it cures rigid, EP37-3LV exhibits good impact resistance.
