Capable of withstanding repeated cycles of autoclaving, radiation, EtO and cold sterilants, EP42HT-2Med is a room temperature curable, two part epoxy that complies with USP Class VI testing. It has excellent electrical insulation properties and can be cast in sections exceeding 2-3 inches thick. This heat resistant system is serviceable from -60°F up to +450°F [-51°C to +232°C]. EP42HT-2Med is widely used in the health industry for manufacturing endoscopes, surgical instruments, catheters and many other medical devices.

EP125: NASA Low Outgassing Certified Epoxy Resists Prolonged Service Above 600ºF |

Master Bond EP125 is a two component, toughened epoxy resin recommended for applications that require superior long-term resistance to heat. Its glass transition temperature is exceptional at 240-250°C.This chemically resistant system withstands water, oils, acids, bases and many solvents. It offers excellent adhesion to a variety of metallic and non-metallic substrates while maintaining remarkable dimensional stability. EP125 also withstands 1,000 hours 85°C/85% RH.

Supreme 11AOHT: Thermally Conductive, Electrically Insulating Epoxy |

This room temperature curing epoxy combines a variety of high performance properties for bonding and sealing applications. Most importantly, Supreme 11AOHT delivers superior thermal conductivity of 9-10 BTU•in/ft2•hr•°F [1.30-1.44 W(m•K)] and a volume resistivity of >1014 ohm-cm. It also produces bonds with exceptionally high shear and peel strengths of 3,200-3,400 psi and 15-20 pli at 75°F, respectively. This toughened two part system is able to withstand rigorous thermal cycling over the wide service temperature range of -100°F to +400°F [-73°C to +204°C].

MasterSil 705S: One Part, Silver Filled Adhesive/Sealant |

MasterSil 705S is a single component silicone paste that cures at room temperature for bonding, sealing and EMI/RFI shielding applications. This easy to use compound is non-corrosive and has a very low volume resistivity of less than 0.01 ohm-cm. It combines both high flexibility and high bond strength with a service operating temperature range of -60°F to +400°F [-51°C to +200°C]. It features especially good adhesion to other silicones permitting wide applicability for use with most gasketing materials.

UV15-7: Impressive Light Transmission Properties |

Single component UV15-7 delivers superior physical strength properties, low shrinkage upon curing and good non-yellowing stability. This fast setting compound bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including glass, metals and plastics, such as polycarbonates, acrylics and a number of polyester films. It also exhibits outstanding durability, good electrical insulation and noteworthy thermal cycling capabilities. No solvents or vapors are released during the cure process.

Supreme 3HTND-1SM: One Part Epoxy for Surface Mount Applications |

Supreme 3HTND-1SM is a rapid curing, no-mix, thixotropic, surface mount adhesive for high performance bonding applications. It features exceptional toughness, durability, no stringing and a consistent dot profile. Additionally, this epoxy has excellent electrical insulation properties, good thermal conductivity and an enhanced ability to withstand thermal cycling and mechanical shocks. It is available for use in syringe applicators.
