EP41S-1HT is a two component epoxy system with outstanding resistance to a variety of chemicals including gasoline, gasohol, fuels, oils, alcohols, skydrol, ethyl acetate, toluene, as well as a wide number of other organic and inorganic solvents. In addition to its ability to withstand chemical immersions, this moderate viscosity system has excellent mechanical properties including high tensile and compressive strengths. Serviceability is from -60°F to +400°F.

UV Curable System with Outstanding Optical Clarity

Widely used in optical, fiber-optic and electronic applications, UV18S features excellent optical clarity and light transmission properties. This chemical resistant, toughened, high performance one part system has a tensile strength exceeding 5,000 psi at room temperature. It cures readily in 20-30 seconds when exposed to a UV light source emitting at a wavelength of 320-365 nm. Electrical insulation properties are superior.

Dimensionally Stable Epoxy Has Quartz Filler

EP30QF is a quartz filled, two component epoxy for high performance bonding, sealing, coating and casting applications that meets NASA low outgassing specifications. It is formulated to produce high strength, rigid bonds which are remarkably resistant to chemicals including water, oil and most organic solvents. EP30QF’s linear shrinkage after cure is exceptionally low. It is especially recommended where high tensile modulus, outstanding compressive strength and superior dimensional stability are required.

Epoxy Offers Superior Acid Resistance

EP21ARHT combines high temperature resistance with an impressive ability to withstand exposure to a variety of acids and other chemicals. It is especially noteworthy for its resistance to sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. This two part, 100% reactive epoxy is especially useful for coating tanks, pipes, scrubbers and other types of chemical processing equipment. It is serviceable over the wide temperature range of -60°F to +400°F. It also features a low thermal expansion coefficient and minimal linear shrinkage upon cure.

One Part Fluorosilicone Paste Resists High Temperatures

MasterSil 930 is an acetoxy type fluorosilicone for bonding, sealing and coating. Its most prominent feature is excellent chemical resistance, particularly to fuels, oils and solvents when compared to more standard silicones. Featuring a hardness of 30-40 Shore A, MasterSil 930 is a flexible system and resists rigorous thermal cycling as well as mechanical and thermal shock. It is electrically insulative and has a volume resistivity of over 1014 ohm-cm. Its service temperature range is -85°F to +450°F.
