The following products have been recently tested by an independent laboratory based on the requirements within the Telcordia GR-1221 specification for damp heat storage testing, i.e. 1,000 hours of exposure to 85°C and 85% relative humidity. A full list of Master Bond's 85°C/85% tested systems is available here.

EP113: Optically Clear, Nanosilica Filled Epoxy
image
Formulated for potting, coating and sealing applications, EP113 is a two component, nanosilica filled epoxy. The nano particles enhance the dimensional stability and the already exceptionally low shrinkage upon curing. This low viscosity system bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, glass, ceramics and plastics. As a toughened compound, it has good resistance to thermal cycling and shock over the wide temperature range of -100°F to +450°F [-73°C to +232°C]. Additionally, this compound is a top tier electrical insulator.

EP30-3LO: Versatile, Optically Clear Two Part Epoxy System
image
With a glass transition temperature exceeding 175°C, EP30-3LO combines superior chemical resistance along with passing NASA low outgassing testing requirements. It has a non-critical 100 to 30 mix ratio by weight, and while it requires heat curing, it offers a long open time of 6-10 hours for a 100 gram batch. This product bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, glass, composites and many plastics and rubbers. Electrical insulation properties are outstanding.
