MB600SCN: High Temperature Resistant Adhesive Offers Superior Shielding Effectiveness
image
Featuring a silver coated nickel filler, MB600SCN is an aqueous based, sodium silicate system for use in applications where very good shielding effectiveness is required and cost considerations might be more pronounced. Conductive coatings are often applied to housings in order to protect electronic devices from EMI and RFI. MB600SCN forms strong, rigid bonds and is temperature resistant up to 700°F [+371°C]. It is also highly effective as a moisture barrier.

LED401 White: LED Curable Adhesive Cures Opaque White
image
The uniqueness of LED401 White is its opaque white color which adds a special dimension to light initiated curing systems, since nearly all are either transparent or tinted with dyes. This one part system cures fully tack-free upon exposure to a 405 nm wavelength light source in 15-30 seconds. It features superb dimensional stability, excellent physical strength and has a volume resistivity >1014 ohm-cm. It can also be used to bond heat sensitive substrates.

EP21LVMed: Biocompatible Epoxy for Medical Devices Resists Sterilization
image
EP21LVMed is a two component, low viscosity epoxy resin system for high performance bonding, sealing, coating, encapsulating and casting. It produces high strength, durable bonds which hold up well to thermal cycling and resists EtO, radiation and many chemical sterilants. Serviceable over the wide temperature range of -65°F to +250°F [-54°C to +121°C], EP21LVMed has a convenient one to one mix ratio. It cures at ambient temperatures and fully passes USP Class VI testing.

EP3HT: Rapid Curing High Strength Epoxy
image
Offering high temperature resistance up to +400°F [+204°C], EP3HT is a one component adhesive/sealant that withstands thermal cycling and many harsh chemicals. This system cures quickly at elevated temperatures. After curing, it readily obtains a tensile lap shear strength in excess of 2,200 psi and delivers first rate dimensional stability. It also has been successfully tested for 1,000 hours at 85°C/85 RH.
