EP29LPSPAO-1 Black: Passes NASA Low Outgassing Tests

EP29LPSPAO-1 Black is a two component, high performance epoxy system with impressive electrical insulation properties and thermal conductivity of 9-10 BTU•in/ft2 •hr•°F. It is serviceable at temperatures as low as 4K. This adhesive, sealant, coating and encapsulant is also able to withstand cryogenic shocks (i.e. room temperature down to liquid helium temperatures in a 5-10 minute time period).

EP42HT-2FG: Food Grade, Heat Resistant Epoxy |
Certified to meet stringent FDA CFR 175.300 specifications, EP42HT-2FG resists many chemicals and solvents, along with boiling water, fats and oils up to 450°F. This food grade system was also toxicologically evaluated to meet the NSF/ANSI 51.4.1 (2009) standard for food equipment materials. As an adhesive and sealant, it is well suited for bonding metals, plastics, rubbers and other substrates common to the manufacture of food service equipment.

Flexible, medical grade EP21LV3/5Med produces tough, high strength, durable bonds which hold up very well to thermal cycling. It resist many chemicals including cold sterilants, water, oils, fuels, acids, bases and salts. This low viscosity epoxy has excellent electrical insulation properties making it ideal for potting and encapsulation. It is also certified to FDA CFR 175.105 for food applications.

Well suited for the aerospace and electronic industries, MasterSil 710 is a one part silicone system for bonding, sealing, coating and formed in place gasket applications. This non-corrosive, fast setting system has a paste consistency and cures readily at room temperature depending on the thickness of the layer and the humidity. It is translucent and is serviceable over the wide temperature range of -75°F to +400°F.

EP21FRSPLV: Epoxy Has Excellent Flame Resistance |
This low viscosity, two component epoxy adhesive has excellent flow and electrical insulation properties, making it ideal for potting, encapsulation and casting applications. EP21FRSPLV features durability, toughness and high strength properties. It is resistant to thermal cycling and many chemicals including fuels, lubricants, water, acids, alkalis and salts. As per UL 94V-0 flame resistant specification, it is serviceable over the exceptionally wide temperature range of -51°C to +90°C.

EP15: Special Heat Curing Epoxy for Flame Sprayed Coatings |
With a tensile strength in excess of 12,000 psi, EP15 is a heat curing epoxy that is utilized in testing the adhesion or cohesive strength of flame sprayed coatings, as per ASTM specification C 633. This one component epoxy is easy to handle and requires no mixing. It has a high bond strength to ceramic and metallic substrates and forms rigid, dimensionally stable bonds with a service temperature range of -60°F to +250°F.
