UV15: Exceptionally high glass transition temperature
image
Cationic systems, such as UV15, tend to have much higher temperature resistance than other UV type systems. Its glass transition temperature (Tg) with a straight UV cure is 90-95°C, and when post cured for 30 minutes at 125°C, the Tg is 125-130°C. This post cure also enhances UV15’s chemical resistance. The halogen free adhesive meets IEC 61249-2-21 standard and has a service temperature range of -80°F to +350°F.

EP21NDFG: Complies with FDA Section 175.105 for indirect food applications
image
With convenient handling, EP21NDFG has a non-drip viscosity and a one to one mix ratio by weight or volume. It produces high strength, durable bonds which hold up well to thermal cycling and resist many chemicals including water, oils, fuels, acids, bases and salts. This system is primarily used in food equipment applications where there is an indirect exposure to food and related products.

EP90FR-HFL: Passes horizontal burn test
image
Flame retardant EP90FR-HFL is a toughened epoxy that passes FAR standard 14 CFR 25.853(a). Therefore, it can be considered for use in many specialized aviation applications including aircraft windows, lighting assemblies and baggage equipment areas, among others. Since it has some flexibility, it is particularly useful for bonding dissimilar substrates. It has good chemical resistance to water, fuels and oils.

Supreme 11AOHT-LO: NASA low outgassing approved
image
Supreme 11AOHT-LO features include high thermal conductivity, excellent electrical insulation properties and temperature resistance up to +400°F. It is a toughened system which enables it to withstand rigorous thermal cycling and makes it well suited for bonding dissimilar substrates. This two component adhesive/sealant is formulated to cure at room temperature or more quickly at elevated temperatures.

MB260NT: Non-toxic as per ISO 10993-5 specifications
image
MB260NT is a one part, no mix ethyl-based cyanoacrylate system, which is low odor, low bloom. Unlike standard cyanoacrylates, MB260NT is specially formulated to lessen the possibility of the material leaving a white, powdery residue on various substrates, which is called blooming. This high strength, low viscosity system cures rapidly depending upon the humidity. It also has good chemical resistance to sterilants, particularly to EtO and gamma sterilization processes, as well as to many cleaning agents. Typical set times range between 10-40 seconds.

EP62-1Med: Medical adhesive holds up to repeated sterilization
image
Serviceable over the wide temperature range of -60°F to +450°F, EP62-1Med is a two component epoxy adhesive, sealant and encapsulant that meets USP Class VI specifications. It has a long working life at room temperature and cures rapidly at 200-250°F. This compound is designed to withstand repeated cycles of steam, EtO, radiation and chemical sterilants. EP62-1Med has superior electrical insulation properties and exceptionally low shrinkage upon cure.
