Low viscosity MB250NT is a single component ethyl cyanoacrylate that cures exceptionally fast at room temperature. This high strength, non-toxic system meets ISO 10993-5 standard for cytotoxicity. It is often used in high speed production of disposable medical devices and also has first rate resistance to EtO and gamma sterilization processes. As a non-toxic system, MB250NT is environmentally friendly.

MB306 is an instant setting system where the rate of cure is dependent upon the humidity—the higher it is, the faster the cure. This low viscosity, one part compound offers high tensile lap shear bond strength to a wide variety of substrates including metals, rubbers and plastics. It has good chemical resistance, especially to cleaning agents.

MB297 is a high strength, rapid curing general purpose type cyanoacrylate system. It has a higher viscosity (2,200-2,400 cps) and a slightly longer open time than low viscosity counterparts. This ethyl cyanoacrylate system bonds well to a variety of substrates, especially to plastics, rubbers and metals. MB297 offers a tensile strength of 6,000 psi at room temperature.

LED403Med is a one part LED system that cures fully upon exposure to a 405 nm wavelength LED light. In thinner sections, cures can be achieved in 15-30 seconds (and even less), while thicker sections require longer cure times. It resists various sterilization methods, and passes the plastics test for USP Class VI biocompatibility and ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity requirements.

With superb optical clarity, UV10Med meets USP Class VI specifications for biocompatibility. This dimensionally stable compound features a high tensile strength exceeding 5,000 psi and is able to be cured in sections up to 0.020-0.025 inches thick. UV10Med is not oxygen inhibited and therefore does not require any special treatment in that regard. It is ideal for high production applications, particularly those involving disposable medical devices.
