LED401 is a unique single component compound that cures rapidly upon exposure to a 405 nm wavelength light source. This formulation has a good flow, high bond strength and superior electrical insulation properties. It is ideal for bonding heat sensitive substrates since limited heat is generated during the cure cycle. Additionally, LED401 is easy to apply, has exceptional water and moisture resistance and is tack free..

One Part, Thermally Stable UV Curable Adhesive
image
UV15LV is a high strength epoxy based UV curable system for bonding, sealing and coating. It is especially noteworthy for its low viscosity and it is widely used in a variety of applications where spin coating is required. Epoxy based UVs are described as having a “cationic” curing reaction. This kind of system will have lower shrinkage (1-2%) and higher temperature resistance than the majority of UV systems that cure by a “free radical” mechanism.

Low viscosity EP39MHT has excellent electrical insulation properties. As it develops very little heat during curing, it is particularly desirable for casting thick sections up to several inches as well as thin sections with minimal shrinkage and stress development. This two part epoxy system has high resistance to thermal shocks and mechanical vibration.
