Master Bond EP45HTAN is a two component epoxy featuring excellent thermal conductivity, electrical insulation and a wide service temperature range of 4K to +500°F. This high strength system bonds well to metals, particularly to roughened titanium. It was tested by the QSS Group, Inc., the Ohio Aerospace Institute and the NASA Glenn Research Center for an aerospace application involving bonding titanium to carbon-carbon composites for the assembly of heat rejection systems.
