EP29LPSPAO-1 Black: Passes NASA Low Outgassing Tests

EP29LPSPAO-1 Black is a two component, high performance epoxy system with impressive electrical insulation properties and thermal conductivity of 9-10 BTU•in/ft2 •hr•°F. It is serviceable at temperatures as low as 4K. This adhesive, sealant, coating and encapsulant is also able to withstand cryogenic shocks (i.e. room temperature down to liquid helium temperatures in a 5-10 minute time period).

EP42HT-2FG: Food Grade, Heat Resistant Epoxy

Meeting the most stringent requirements of FDA CFR 175.300, EP42HT-2FG also complies with the NSF/ANSI 51(2009) Standard for Food Equipment Materials as defined in section 4.1. It has wide applicability in the food industry. As an adhesive and sealant, it is well suited for bonding metals, plastics, rubbers and other substrates common to the manufacture of food service equipment. EP42HT-2FG also will resist boiling water, radiation, chemicals, steam and frozen storage conditions.

EP21LV3/5Med: Meets USP Class VI Specifications

Flexible, medical grade EP21LV3/5Med produces tough, high strength, durable bonds which hold up very well to thermal cycling. It resists many chemicals including cold sterilants, water, oils, fuels, acids, bases and salts. This low viscosity epoxy has excellent electrical insulation properties making it ideal for potting and encapsulation. It is also certified to FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for food applications. Elongation after cure is >23%.

MasterSil 710: Complies with MIL-A-46146A Type 1

Well suited for the aerospace and electronic industries, MasterSil 710 is a one part silicone system for bonding, sealing, coating and formed in place gasket applications. This non-corrosive, fast setting system has a paste consistency and cures readily at room temperature depending on the thickness of the layer and the humidity. It is translucent and is serviceable over the wide temperature range of -75°F to +400°F.

EP21FRNS-2: Epoxy Has Excellent Flame Resistance

Master Bond EP21FRNS-2 is a two component, room temperature curing, flame retardant compound for potting, encapsulating and casting. Particularly noteworthy are its low smoke generation and that it contains a nonhalogenated filler. It has a convenient one to one mix ratio by weight. EP21FRNS-2 offers exceptional durability, toughness and strength.

EP15: Special Heat Curing Epoxy for Flame Sprayed Coatings

With a tensile strength in excess of 12,000 psi, EP15 is a heat curing epoxy that is utilized in testing the adhesion or cohesive strength of flame sprayed coatings, as per ASTM specification C 633. This one component epoxy is easy to handle and requires no mixing. It has a high bond strength to ceramic and metallic substrates. The cured epoxy is rigid, dimensionally stable with a service temperature range of -60°F to +250°F.
