EP42HT-2FG: Food Grade, Heat Resistant Epoxy |
Meeting the most stringent requirements of FDA CFR 175.300, EP42HT-2FG also complies with the NSF/ANSI 51(2009) Standard for Food Equipment Materials as defined in section 4.1. It has wide applicability in the food industry. As an adhesive and sealant, it is well suited for bonding metals, plastics, rubbers and other substrates common to the manufacture of food service equipment. EP42HT-2FG also will resist boiling water, radiation, chemicals, steam and frozen storage conditions.

MasterSil 910Med: One Part, Medical Grade Silicone System Cures Rapidly |
Passing both USP Class VI testing and ISO cytotoxicity specifications, MasterSil 910Med is formulated for bonding, sealing, coating in medical device applications. As an acetoxy type system, it bonds exceptionally well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, ceramics, glass as well as many rubbers and plastics. Tack free time can range from 10-20 minutes. This compound withstands liquid sterilants, gamma radiation and EtO very well. Its service temperature range is -75°F to +400°F.

Easy to use, one component MasterSil 709 meets the MIL-A-46146 specification. This silicone elastomer compound is well suited for bonding, sealing, coating and formed in place gaskets applications. It is non-corrosive, fast setting and flowable. It can be widely used for many applications, particularly in aerospace and electronics.

EP90FR-HFL: Passes horizontal burn test |
Flame retardant EP90FR-HFL is a toughened epoxy that passes FAR standard 14 CFR 25.853(a). Therefore, it can be considered for use in many specialized aviation applications including aircraft windows, lighting assemblies and baggage equipment areas, among others. Since it has some flexibility, it is particularly useful for bonding dissimilar substrates. It has good chemical resistance to water, fuels and oils.

EP15: Special Heat Curing Epoxy for Flame Sprayed Coatings |
With a tensile strength in excess of 12,000 psi, EP15 is a heat curing epoxy that is utilized in testing the adhesion or cohesive strength of flame sprayed coatings, as per ASTM specification C 633. This one component epoxy is easy to handle and requires no mixing. It has a high bond strength to ceramic and metallic substrates. The cured epoxy is rigid and dimensionally stable with a service temperature range of -60°F to +250°F.
