MB250NT: Non-Toxic Cyanoacrylate for Bonding Applications

Low viscosity MB250NT is a single component ethyl cyanoacrylate that cures exceptionally fast at room temperature. This high strength, non-toxic system meets ISO 10993-5 standard for cytotoxicity. It is often used in high speed production of disposable medical devices and also has first rate resistance to EtO and gamma sterilization processes.

UV18Med: Meets USP Class VI Specifications

Medical grade UV18Med is a special UV system for bonding, coating and sealing featuring superb chemical resistance, excellent physical strength properties and toughness. It cures readily in 20-30 seconds when exposed to a UV light emitting at a wavelength of 320-365 nm. It is ideal for high production applications where fast fixture times and rapid curing are critical.

MasterSil 707FR: Non-Corrosive, One Part, Flame Retardant Silicone

MasterSil 707FR passes UL testing with a flame classification for 94V-1 for thicknesses of 0.75 mm and 1.5 mm, and 94V-0 for a 3 mm thickness. It adheres well to a wide variety of substrates including glass, metals and many plastics. This system is room temperature curing, but the rapidity of the cure depends on the thickness of the layer and the humidity.

EP21TDCHT-LO: Toughened Adhesive for Bonding and Sealing

Certified to meet NASA low outgassing specifications, EP21TDCHT-LO is ideal for many applications within the electronic, aerospace and OEM industries. This two component epoxy offers high shear and peel strength while maintaining resistance to temperature cycling, as well as high vibration and mechanical shock. It offers outstanding chemical resistance over the wide service temperature range of -100°F to +350°F.

EP15: Special Heat Curing Epoxy for Flame Sprayed Coatings

With a tensile strength in excess of 12,000 psi, EP15 is a heat curing epoxy that is utilized in testing the adhesion or cohesive strength of flame sprayed coatings, as per ASTM specification C 633. This one component epoxy is easy to handle and requires no mixing. It has a high bond strength to ceramic and metallic substrates and forms rigid, dimensionally stable bonds with a service temperature range of -60°F to +250°F.

EP42HT-2FG: Food Grade, Heat Resistant Epoxy

Meeting the stringent testing specifications of FDA CFR 175.300, EP42HT-2FG also complies with the NSF/ANSI 51(2009) Standard for Food Equipment Materials as defined in section 4.1. It has wide applicability in the food industry. As an adhesive and sealant, it is well suited for bonding metals, plastics, rubbers and other substrates common to the manufacture of food service equipment.
