EP31: High Strength Adhesive Has Exceptional Chemical Resistance

Two component EP31 is a low viscosity room temperature curing epoxy for high performance structural bonding applications featuring lap shear strengths of 4,000-4,200 psi and peel strength exceeding 50 pli. The service temperature range of EP31 is -60°F to +250°F [-51°C to +121°C]. It combines low shrinkage upon cure along with excellent resistance to many chemicals including oil and fuels. EP31 has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, including dissimilar substrates. Optically clear EP31 is also available in a full range of colors. The cured adhesive is a superb electrical insulator.

UV15X-6NM-2: One Component, UV Curing Urethane Acrylate System

UV15X-6NM-2 features vibrant flexibility, excellent toughness and superior abrasion resistance. This fast curing moderate viscosity compound can be used for bonding, sealing, coating and encapsulation. Its robust flexibility gives it the capacity to withstand severe thermal cycling as well as resisting thermal and mechanical shocks. It bonds well to a variety of substrates including glass, plastics including polycarbonates and acrylics, composites, metals and many types of rubbers.

Supreme 10HTCL: Epoxy Offers Serviceability at Cryogenic Temperatures

Offering superb toughness, Supreme 10HTCL has a unique blend of performance properties including both high shear and peel strength. This one part system has excellent flow properties and is serviceable over the wide temperature range of 4K to +400°F [4K to +204°C]. Supreme 10HTCL readily withstands severe thermal cycling along with mechanical shock and vibration. It also withstands 1,000 hours 85°F/85RH% exposure.

EP37-3FLF: Optically Clear Epoxy Has High Flexibility

With a low viscosity, EP37-3FLF is a superb potting, casting, encapsulating and underfill system that is serviceable over the temperature range of 4K to +250°F [4K to +121°C]. As an adhesive, it forms forgiving, high strength bonds that offer excellent impact resistance. It also withstands severe thermal cycling and shock. This room temperature curing system offers a convenient one to one mix ratio by weight or volume. It has a long working life and a low exotherm upon cure. EP37-3FLF is ideal for large volume casting applications.

Supreme 3HT-80: One Part Epoxy Adhesive Cures At 80°C

Supreme 3HT-80 is a high strength, one component epoxy that features a 45 minute cure at 175°F [80°C] or a 20 minute cure at 250°F [121°C]. It is well suited for bonding heat sensitive substrates in the aerospace, electronic, electrical, computer and optical industries. Supreme 3HT-80 can withstand rigorous thermal cycling and is serviceable up to +350°F [+177°C]. This 100% reactive compound also passes 1,000 hours 85°C/85% RH testing.
