EP42HT-2LTE: Epoxy Has Ultra Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion |
Featuring an exceedingly low coefficient of thermal expansion of 9-12 x 10-6 in/in/°C, EP42HT-2LTE is a two component epoxy for bonding, sealing, coating and select casting applications. It has outstanding dimensional stability and will bond well to a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, ceramics, glass and many plastics. It is also noteworthy for its low linear (<0.01%) and volumetric (<0.1%) shrinkage. EP42HT-2LTE has a forgiving, non-critical mix ratio of 100 to 50 by volume and after mixing, the consistency is that of a paste with some flow.

EP30LTE-LO: NASA Low Outgassing Certified Two Component Epoxy |
Thermal conductive and electrically insulative, EP30LTE-LO can be used in bonding, coating, sealing and encapsulation applications. Additionally, it has a remarkably low coefficient of thermal expansion of 15-18 x 10-6 in/in/°C. NASA low outgassing approved, EP30LTE-LO is also noteworthy for its high bond strength, superior dimensional stability and good flow properties.

UV15LV: One Part Thermally Stable UV Curable Adhesive
|
UV15LV is a high strength epoxy based UV curable system for bonding, sealing and coating. It is especially noteworthy for its low viscosity and it is widely used in a variety of applications where spin coating is required. Epoxy based UVs are described as having a “cationic” curing reaction. This kind of system will have lower shrinkage (1-2%) and higher temperature resistance than the majority of UV systems that cure by a “free radical” mechanism.

EP38CL: Toughened, Electrically Insulative Epoxy System |
With a low viscosity, EP38CL is an optically clear two component epoxy that is used for bonding, sealing, coating and encapsulation in optical, aerospace, opto-electronic and specialty OEM applications. It possesses superior impact resistance, thermal cycling capabilities as well as the ability to withstand mechanical shock better than typical epoxies that are higher on the Shore D scale.
