Epoxy Offers Superior Acid Resistance

EP21ARHT combines high temperature resistance with an amazing ability to withstand exposure to a variety of acids and other chemicals. This two part epoxy is especially useful for coating tanks, pipes, scrubbers and other types of chemical processing equipment. It is serviceable over the wide temperature range of -60°F to +400°F. It also features a low thermal expansion coefficient and minimal shrinkage upon cure.

Featuring a unique blend of outstanding toughness and chemical resistance, EP21TPLV can withstand exposure to water, gasoline, oils, hydrocarbons, fuels, hydraulic fluids and many acids and bases. Often used as a sealant, it is also very effective as an adhesive, coating and encapsulant. This two part epoxy polysulfide is easy to handle with a convenient, one to one mix ratio by weight or volume.

Tough & Durable Epoxy Cures Quickly at Room Temperature

With outstanding resistance to organic solvents including alcohols and fuels, two component EP41S is well suited for use as a high strength coating, liner and sealant. It can successfully withstand, for example, prolonged immersion in such active organic solvents as alcohols, gasoline, trichloroethylene and butyl acetate, inorganic acids, bases, etc for more than one year. EP41S produces an abrasion resistant, tough, strong, thermoset plastic with superior electrical insulation characteristics and a desirably low coefficient of thermal expansion.

Dimensionally Stable Epoxy Has Quartz Filling

EP30QF is a quartz filled, two component epoxy for high performance bonding, sealing, coating and casting applications. It is formulated to produce high strength, rigid bonds which are remarkably resistant to chemicals including water, oil and most organic solvents. EP30QF’s linear shrinkage after cure is exceptionally low. It is especially recommended where high tensile modulus, outstanding compressive strength and superior dimensional stability are required.
