One Part RTV Silicone Cures in Minutes in Thin Films

One component MasterSil 711 is a room temperature curing silicone compound for bonding, sealing, coatings and formed-in-place gaskets. It offers superior shock and impact resistance making it ideal for delicate electronic components. Flexible bonds are formed when exposed to atmospheric moisture. MasterSil 711 requires no mixing or heat, and sets within 2-3 minutes.

Silver filled MasterSil 705S is a single component silicone that cures at room temperature for bonding, sealing and EMI/RFI shielding applications. This easy to use compound is non-corrosive and has a very low volume resistivity of less than 0.01 ohm-cm. It has especially good adhesion to other silicones permitting wide applicability for use with most gasketing materials.

Electrically Insulative, Snap Cure Epoxy |
Master Bond EP17HT-3 is a single component epoxy offering high chemical and temperature resistance while maintaining outstanding electrical properties. This high performance adhesive sets up in 20-30 seconds and snap cures in only 2-3 minutes at 250-300ºF. EP17HT-3 is capable of curing in sections as thick as ¼”.
