MasterSil 912Med: Biocompatible Silicone Passes USP Class VI Testing

MasterSil 912Med is a single component silicone with a paste viscosity for bonding, sealing and coating in medical device assembly applications. This non-corrosive, neutral cure compound complies with USP Class VI and ISO 10993-5 specifications. It resists many kinds of sterilization including gamma radiation, EtO and some types of liquid sterilants. The service temperature range extends from -75°F to +400°F. MasterSil 912Med withstands rigorous thermal cycling as well as thermal and mechanical shock.

EP13SPND-2: One Component, High Strength Structural Epoxy Adhesive

Serviceable up to +500°F, EP13SPND-2 is a one part epoxy paste for structural bonding applications. This electrically insulative system has a non-drip application feature that delivers high tensile, tensile lap shear and compressive strength of over 8,000 psi, 3,000 psi and 18,000 psi, respectively. It also offers superb dimensional stability and chemical resistance to fuels, oils, acids, bases and solvents.

EP121CL-LO: NASA Low Outgassing System with Long Working Life

Two component, low viscosity EP121CL-LO features an extraordinary long open time at room temperature of at least 2-3 days. This heat curable epoxy has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, glass, ceramics, rubbers and plastics. EP121CL-LO is noteworthy for applications requiring reliable electrical insulation properties and high temperature resistance up to +500°F.

EP3RR-80: Cures at Temperatures As Low As 175-180°F

Moderate viscosity EP3RR-80 is a one part epoxy that is particularly compatible for sealing, potting and encapsulation applications. It is a superior thermal conductor, while retaining first class electrical insulation properties. EP3RR-80 can cure in thicker sections up to and beyond a 1/2 inch deep. This system has outstanding mechanical strength properties and solid dimensional stability.

EP21NDCL: Non-Drip Paste Is Optically Clear

EP21NDCL is an eye-catching system that is optically clear when mixed, even though Part A is translucent and Part B is light amber. MasterSil 930: One Part Fluorosilicone Paste with Enhanced Chemical Resistance

MasterSil 930 is an acetoxy type fluorosilicone for bonding, sealing and coating. Its most prominent feature is excellent chemical resistance, particularly to fuels, oils and solvents when compared to more standard silicones. Some of the chemicals that this product can withstand better than conventional silicones include gasoline, diesel fuel, motor oil and ethanol, among others.
