EP51FL-1: Superior Flexibility

image
EP51FL-1 has high peel strength and elongation. Its flexibility makes it well suited for applications involving thermal cycling, harsh thermal and mechanical shocks. Although most flexiblilized epoxy formulations are very slow curing, EP51FL offers a relatively rapid cure, with a setup time in most cases of about 30-40 minutes and full cure within 24 hours at room temperature.

EP30QF: Dimensionally Stable

image
Quartz filled, EP30QF has low shrinkage upon cure and is especially recommended where high tensile modulus and compressive strength are important requirements. EP30QF produces high strength, rigid bonds which are remarkably resistant to chemicals including water, oil and many solvents.

EP17HT-3: Snap Curing System

image
EP17HT-3 sets up in 20-30 seconds and fully cures in 2-3 minutes at 250-300°F. It has outstanding electrical insulation properties and chemical resistance properties and can cure in sections up to 1/4" thick. This epoxy is capable of service up to 400°F with excellent strength retention properties. As a one part system, it not only requires no mixing, but the working life is "indefinite".

Supreme 11AOHTLO: NASA Low Outgassing

image
Now an NED King Award nominee, Supreme 11AOHTLO most outstanding features include high thermal conductivity, excellent electrical insulation properties and temperature resistance up to 400°F. It is a toughened system which enables it to withstand rigorous thermal cycling and makes it well suited for bonding dissimilar substrates.
