EP29LPSP: Resists Cryogenic Temperatures Down to 4K

EP29LPSP is a two component, low viscosity epoxy system for bonding, sealing and coating. This epoxy not only functions at temperatures as low as 4K, but also withstands cryogenic shocks. Additionally, it meets NASA low outgassing requirements. EP29LPSP provides superior physical strength, high chemical resistance, excellent electrical insulation and outstanding optical clarity.

EP30QF: Quartz Filled Epoxy Boasts NASA Low Outgassing Approval

EP30QF is a quartz filled, two component epoxy for high performance bonding, sealing, coating and casting applications. It is formulated to produce high strength, rigid bonds which are remarkably resistant to chemicals including water, oil and most organic solvents. EP30QF’s linear shrinkage after cure is exceptionally low. It is especially recommended where high tensile modulus, outstanding compressive strength and superior dimensional stability are required.

FLM36-LO: B-Staged Film Meets NASA Low Outgassing Requirements

Master Bond FLM36-LO is a film adhesive featuring excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties. As a film, it is very easy to handle, offers uniform bond line thickness and limited squeeze out when curing. FLM36-LO retains high physical strength properties at temperatures up to 500°F, while combining enhanced thermal/mechanical shock resistance and thermal cycling capabilities. It differs from other heat resistant epoxies due to its toughness.

MB600S: Silver Filled, Electrically Conductive System Offers Excellent Shielding Effectiveness

Master Bond MB600S is an aqueous based sodium silicate coating formulated for applications where electromagnetic interference/radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI) shielding is required. Tested according to IEEE 299, 2006 methods, MB600S was as effective as the aluminum reference with a shielding effectiveness of 95-105 dB, from 1-2 GHz. It is easy to brush on and being water based, the system is relatively non-toxic. It also is temperature resistant up to +700°F.

MasterSil 801: Serviceable Up To +300°C

Thermally stable, MasterSil 801 is a high performance, one part silicone for bonding, sealing, coating and formed-in-place gaskets. It is extremely soft with superb flexibility and elasticity that provides top notch electrical insulation properties. This specialty system features a non-corrosive cure, making it highly desirable for many applications, especially those pertaining to electronics and aerospace.

UV10Med: Medical Grade, One Part UV Curable System

With superb optical clarity, UV10Med meets USP Class VI specifications for biocompatibility. This dimensionally stable compound features a high tensile strength exceeding 5,000 psi and is able to be cured in sections up to 0.020-0.025 inches thick. UV10Med is not oxygen inhibited and therefore does not require any special treatment in that regard. It is ideal for high production applications, particularly those involving disposable medical devices. Adhesion to glass, ceramics, surface treated metals and plastics, including polycarbonates and acrylics is excellent.
