EP30P: Two Component Epoxy with Exceptional Optical Clarity

Master Bond EP30P offers outstanding adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and is particularly well suited for bonding glass, polycarbonates and acrylics. This transparent system is also a superior electrical insulator. Its low viscosity makes it an excellent encapsulating and potting compound. EP30P produces high strength, rigid bonds which are remarkably resistant to chemicals including water, oil, acids and many solvents.

Combining superior thermal conductivity of over 10 BTU•in/ft2•hr•°F with excellent electrical insulation properties EP21AOLV-2LO is ideal for potting, bonding, sealing and coating applications. In fact, it can be used in larger potting applications because it has low exotherm when curing. This NASA low outgassing certified system has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, enhanced dimensional stability, a high modulus and superior compressive strength properties.

EP75-1: Non-Magnetic Graphite Filled Epoxy Is Ideal for Dissipating Static Electricity

Electrically conductive adhesive, EP75-1, has a 100 to 15 mix ratio by weight and is easy to apply. Moreover, it can be applied with minimal sagging or dripping even on vertical surfaces. It cures at room temperature or more rapidly at elevated temperatures and readily develops a high tensile lap shear strength of more than 2,000 psi at 75°F. EP75-1 is also used for EMI/RFI shielding.

MasterSil 801: Serviceable Up To +300°C

EP21TDCHT: High Strength Adhesive Resists Thermal Cycling

EP21TDCHT is a flexibilized epoxy adhesive that has been specifically designed to bond substrates with different coefficients of expansion and contraction. It is simple to use with a convenient one to one mix ratio and is easy to apply. EP21TDCHT offers exceptionally high peel and tensile lap shear strength of 25 pli and 2,700 psi, respectively. Its service operating temperature range is from -100°F to +350°F.

UV15-7: Impressive Light Transmission Properties

Single component UV15-7 delivers superior physical strength properties, low shrinkage upon curing and good non-yellowing stability. This fast setting compound bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including glass, metals and plastics, such as polycarbonates, acrylics and a number of polyester films. It exhibits an exceptional combination of properties including durability, good electrical insulation and noteworthy thermal cycling capabilities.
