EP41S-LO: Fast Curing, NASA Low Outgassing Certified System

Featuring superb resistance to chemical sterilants, EP41S-LO is a two component epoxy that cures in just 24 hours at room temperature or faster with the addition of heat. This electrical insulator passes ASTM E595 testing for NASA low outgassing and is well suited for small potting applications. It can also be used for bonding, sealing and coating over a wide service temperature range of -60°F to +250°F.

Supreme 33CLV: High Strength, Room Temperature Curing Epoxy

Toughened Supreme 33CLV is an innovative system that features exceptionally high temperature resistance over the wide service temperature range of -100°F to +425°F. Supreme 3HT-80: One Part Epoxy Adhesive Cures At 80°C

Supreme 3HT-80 is a high strength, one component epoxy that features a 30 minute cure at 175°F (80°C) or a 10 minute cure at 250°F (121°C). It is well suited for bonding heat sensitive substrates in the aerospace, electronic, electrical, computer and chemical industries. Supreme 3HT-80 can withstand rigorous thermal cycling and is serviceable up to +350°F.

EP21LV3/5Med: Meets USP Class VI Specifications

Flexible, medical grade EP21LV3/5Med produces tough, high strength, durable bonds which hold up very well to thermal cycling. It resists many chemicals including cold sterilants, water, oils, fuels, acids, bases and salts. This low viscosity epoxy has excellent electrical insulation properties making it ideal for potting and encapsulation. It is also certified to FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for food applications. Elongation after cure is >23%.

EP79FL: Silver Coated Nickel Conductive Epoxy

Master Bond EP79FL is a silver coated, nickel filled polymer system that forms high strength bonds even at extreme cryogenic temperatures. It is electrically conductive and a volume resistivity of <0.005 ohm-cm. As a silver coated nickel filled system, it is much more cost effective than conventional silver filled epoxies. EP79FL is a strong and flexible system with exceptional chemical resistance properties. The adhesive spreads evenly and smoothly.

MasterSil 713: Low Viscosity, One Component Fast Curing Silicone

Ideal for smaller encapsulations and conformal coating applications, MasterSil 713 is an easy to use one component silicone with an exceptionally low viscosity. This self leveling system cures rapidly at room temperature and is non-corrosive. Speed of cure depends upon the level of humidity and the thickness of the layer being cured. It can be cured in thicknesses up to ¼ inch deep with superb flexibility and elasticity. MasterSil 713 offers outstanding electrical insulation properties.
