USP Class VI approved, EP41SMed is well suited for a variety of uses in disposable/reusable medical devices as an adhesive, sealant and coating. This epoxy system is very fast curing at room temperature and produces high strength rigid bonds, which are remarkably resistant to chemicals as well as cold sterilants, EtO and gamma radiation. It has a wide service temperature range of -60°F to + 250°F and exceptionally low linear shrinkage upon cure.

Cryogenically serviceable down to 4K, EP37-3FLFAO is well suited for demanding potting, bonding, sealing and coating applications. It has an unusual blend of properties including impressive thermal conductivity, excellent electrical insulation, good physical strength and a high degree of flexibility. Master Bond has developed EP21HT, a high performance, two component epoxy adhesive/sealant for service up to 400°F. EP21HT cures at room temperatures, has a convenient one to one mix ratio and is easy to apply. It offers superior bond strength to similar and dissimilar substrates. EP21HT is durable and resists exposure to many chemicals. It also meets FDA 175.105 requirements for indirect food applications.
