This toughened, high performance system has a tensile strength exceeding 5,000 psi at room temperature. It cures readily in 20-30 seconds when exposed to a UV light source emitting at a wavelength of 320-365 nm without oxygen inhibition.

Featuring an attractive balance of superior shear and peel strength, Supreme 46HT-2ND2 is a two component, non-drip, epoxy for structural bonding. It is suitable for applications where long-term exposure to temperatures from -100°F to +500°F is required. This toughened system produces durable bonds which are resistant to thermal cycling as well as a wide variety of chemicals.

EP21LVMed is a two component, low viscosity epoxy system for high performance bonding, sealing, coating, encapsulating and casting. It produces high strength, durable bonds which hold up well to thermal cycling and resist many chemicals. EP21LVMed fully passes USP Class VI testing and withstands EtO, radiation and many cold sterilants.

Featuring a remarkably low coefficient of thermal expansion of 15-18 x 10^-6 in/in/°C, EP30LTE-LO can be used in bonding, coating, sealing and encapsulation applications. Additionally, it has very good thermal conductivity and is highly electrically insulative. EP30LTE-LO is also noteworthy for its superior dimensional stability.

With a tensile strength in excess of 12,000 psi, EP15 is a heat curing epoxy that is utilized in testing the adhesion or cohesive strength of flame sprayed coatings, as per ASTM specification C633. This one component epoxy is easy to handle and requires no mixing. It has a high bond strength to ceramic and metallic substrates.

The uniqueness of LED401 White is its opaque white color which adds a special dimension to light initiated curing systems, since nearly all are either transparent or tinted with dyes. This one part system cures fully tack-free upon exposure to a 405 nm wavelength light source where the presence of any UV light is minimal or incidental.
