MasterSil 155: Tough, Flexible, Electrically Conductive Silicone

MasterSil 155 is a graphite filled, two component silicone with a smooth paste consistency which assures complete fill-in around contours in a variety of bonding and sealing applications. It is widely used in electronic components, electrical devices and various electro-optical systems as well as for special electronic circuitry. This product cures to a black rubber and offers superior protection against vibration, impact and shock.

EP62-1Med: Medical Adhesive Holds Up to Repeated Sterilization

Serviceable over the wide temperature range of -60°F to +400°F, EP62-1Med is a two component epoxy adhesive, sealant and encapsulant that meets USP Class VI specifications. It has a long working life at room temperature and cures rapidly at 200-250°F. This compound is designed to withstand repeated cycles of steam, EtO, radiation and chemical sterilants. EP62-1Med has superior electrical insulation properties and exceptionally low shrinkage upon cure.

Supreme 33CLV: High Strength, Room Temperature Curing Epoxy

Toughened Supreme 33CLV is an innovative system that features exceptionally high temperature resistance over the wide service temperature range of -100°F to +425°F. MasterSil 705TC: Single Component Heat Dissipative Silicone Compound

One component MasterSil 705TC is a thermally conductive, electrically isolating silicone for bonding, sealing and coating applications. It is well suited for applications that require flexibility and high temperature resistance. It cures readily at ambient temperatures when exposed to atmospheric moisture and is a non-corrosive type silicone. MasterSil 705TC is also ideal for a variety of applications where a degree of reworkability is desired.

EP30: Low Viscosity, Optically Clear Two Part System

Featuring superb strength characteristics, EP30 bonds well to a variety of substrates including metals, glass, ceramics, many plastics and rubber materials. This highly dimensionally stable system has very low shrinkage after cure, less than 0.003 in./in. Its low viscosity enables this system to be used for bonding surfaces with tight clearances. The product features outstanding chemical resistance, hardness and superb optical clarity.

UV15-42C: UV Curable Compound with a Non-Drip Viscosity

Offering impressive toughness, UV15-42C is a very high strength, one part, translucent adhesive that can withstand thermal and mechanical shocks while retaining excellent dimensional stability. It is a competent electrical insulator and has exceptionally low shrinkage upon curing. UV15-42C is not oxygen inhibited and will cure in thicknesses up to ¼ inch. Adhesion to glass, polycarbonates and acrylics is outstanding.
