EP36: Flexible Epoxy Resists Up To 500°F

Master Bond EP36 differs from other high temperature resistant epoxies as it has far more toughness and flexibility. Its forgiving nature at high temperatures imparts vastly superior thermal and mechanical shock resistance as well as superb thermal cycling ability when compared to the standard high temperature resistant epoxy. This one part B-stage epoxy is available in convenient 30 gram cookies.

Supreme 10AOHT: One Part Adhesive Has High Thermal Conductivity

Featuring rigorous thermal cycling resistance, Supreme 10AOHT is serviceable over the wide temperature range of 4K to +400°F. This one part system also offers excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties. It is widely used in electronic, electro-optic, aerospace and specialty applications where high strength, the convenience of a no mix system, excellent thermal transfer properties and high temperature resistance are required.

EP21AOLV-2LO: Thermally Conductive Epoxy Is NASA Low Outgassing Approved

EP21AOLV-2LO combines outstanding thermal conductivity of over 10 BTU•in/ft2•hr•°F with excellent electrical insulation properties for potting, bonding, sealing and coating applications. In fact, it can be used in larger potting applications because it has very low exotherm when curing. This NASA low outgassing certified system has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, enhanced dimensional stability, along with both a high modulus and compressive strength properties.

MasterSil 713: Low Viscosity, One Component Fast Curing Silicone Compound

Self leveling MasterSil 713 bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including glass, metals and many plastics. It is a faster curing system with outstanding electrical insulation properties and serviceability up to 400°F. Additionally, it can be cured in thicknesses up to ¼ inch deep with superb flexibility and elasticity.

UV15-7LRI: Low Viscosity, Optically Clear UV System Is Dimensionally Stable

With a low refractive index of 1.481, UV15-7LRI is optically clear with excellent light transmission properties. Well suited for a variety of bonding, sealing, coating and encapsulation applications, it is a rigid, high strength UV curable compound. This one part system can be cured quickly in sections up to 1/8 inch thick upon exposure to an appropriate UV light source. UV15-7LRI is not oxygen inhibited and does not require any special treatment.

EP21TDC-2: Flexible Epoxy Compound Offers High Peel Strength

Featuring very low exotherm, Master Bond EP21TDC-2 is a two component epoxy adhesive formulated to cure fully at ambient temperatures. It has outstanding chemical resistance and thermal cycling properties while still maintaining functionality at cryogenic temperatures. EP21TDC-2 is also resistant to thermal shock and vibration. Elongation after cure is >120%.
