Supreme 10HTCL: Epoxy Offers Serviceability at Cryogenic Temperatures

EP30HT-LO: Optically Clear, NASA Low Outgassing Approved Epoxy

Ideal for a wide variety of applications in the aerospace, electronic, vacuum, optical, fiber-optic and OEM industries, EP30HT-LO passes NASA low outgassing testing per ASTM E595 specifications. This two component system combines high temperature resistance up to 400°F with excellent optical clarity. EP30HT-LO cures rigid at room temperature with exceptional dimensional stability and superb physical strength properties. The shrinkage upon curing is very low—less than 0.1%.

UV15X-5: High Viscosity System with Superior Non-Yellowing Properties

UV15X-5 is a high performance UV curing urethane acrylate type system with impressive physical strength properties and toughness. It is particularly useful for bonding dissimilar substrates and for withstanding rigorous thermal cycling. It has outstanding chemical resistance to water, oils and cleaning agents. Other favorable characteristics include top notch electrical insulation values and superb abrasion resistance.

MasterSil 151Med: Silicone Compound for Medical Applications

MasterSil 151Med is an optically clear, flexible, tough, high performance potting and encapsulation compound with a long working life after mixing. It exhibits superior electrical insulation properties and very low shrinkage upon cure. MasterSil 151Med is resistant to vibration/shock and has a service operating temperature range of -65°F to +400°F. It meets USP Class VI requirements for medical device applications.

EP21TDCF-3: Rapid Curing, High Viscosity Adhesive

High performance EP21TDCF-3 produces bonds and seals with remarkably high tensile strength and peel strength exceeding 7,500 psi and 35 pli respectively. This two part, thixotropic paste adhesive offers superior resistance to thermal cycling and is serviceable over the wide temperature range of -100°F to more than 250°F. It can also withstand exposure to many aggressive chemicals. EP21TDCF-3 features a convenient, non-critical one to one mix ratio by weight or volume.

MasterSil 921-LO: Flowable, NASA Low Outgassing Silicone System

With a tensile strength of 325-425 psi, MasterSil 921-LO offers good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, ceramics, glass as well as many rubbers and plastics. This one part silicone has a flowable, moderate viscosity that enables it to be well suited for smaller potting and encapsulation applications. Its lower durometer of 25-35 Shore A hardness facilitates its use with sensitive components, particularly electronic and optical ones. Significantly, it has a wide service temperature range of -175°F to +500°F, surpassing many conventional RTVs.
