Supreme 45HTQ: Heat & Chemically Resistant, Quartz Filled Epoxy

Featuring exceptional abrasion and chemical resistance, Supreme 45HTQ is a two component, quartz filled epoxy system for bonding, sealing and casting applications. It effectively withstands exposure to petrochemicals, acids, bases and solvents, while retaining its outstanding performance profile at temperatures up to +450°F. This thermally stable system offers outstanding compressive strength and is widely used in downhole oil drilling applications. It is also frequently employed by the aerospace, chemical processing, pump, mining, power and other industries.

UV24TKLO: NASA Low Outgassing Approved

UV24TKLO is a one part UV curable epoxy modified formulation for bonding, sealing and encapsulation. This compound has excellent optical clarity, superb physical strength, superior electrical insulation properties and outstanding chemical resistance. Its low outgassing properties enable this product to be used in a wide array of optical, electro-optical and vacuum applications that until now have not been possible for UV curable systems.

EP21FRNS-2: Flame Retardant Epoxy System for Industrial Applications

Featuring a non-halogenated filler, EP21FRNS-2 is a two component, room temperature curing epoxy offering low smoke generation for potting, encapsulating and casting applications. As per the UL 94V-0 specification, this system is serviceable over the wide temperature range of -60°F to +200°F. It is remarkably resistant to thermal cycling and many chemicals. EP21FRNS-2 is exceptionally durable/tough and features a convenient one to one mix ratio by weight.

EP42HT-2Med: Epoxy Withstands Multiple Sterilization Cycles

Capable of withstanding repeated cycles of autoclaving, radiation, EtO and cold sterilants, EP42HT-2Med is a room temperature curable, two part epoxy that complies with USP Class VI testing. It has excellent electrical insulation properties and can be cast in sections exceeding 2-3 inches thick. Serviceable over the wide range of -60°F up to +450°F, EP42HT-2Med is widely used in the health industry for manufacturing endoscopes, surgical instruments, catheters and many other medical devices.

EP17HT-3: Electrically Insulative Snap Cure Epoxy

Master Bond EP17HT-3 is a one part, snap curing system that sets up in 20-30 seconds and fully cure in just 2-3 minutes at 250-300°F. Unlike many other one component epoxies, EP17HT-3 can be cured in sections up to ¼ inch thick. It has excellent electrical insulation characteristics, superior chemical resistance and outstanding physical properties. This product is serviceable from -60°F to +400°F.

MasterSil 711: Cures in Minutes in Thin Films

One component MasterSil 711 is a room temperature, non-corosive curing silicone compound for bonding, sealing, coating and formed-in-place gaskets. It offers superior shock and impact resistance making it ideal for delicate electronic components. Flexible bonds are formed when exposed to atmospheric moisture. MasterSil 711 requires no mixing or heat, and sets within 2-3 minutes.
