With exceptionally low volume resistivity, EP21TDCS-LO surpasses the existing performance parameters of commercially available, electrically conductive adhesive formulations. This compound has high toughness and impressive peel strength. It cures at room temperature and has a convenient one to one mix ratio by weight or volume. EP21TDCS-LO passes NASA low outgassing requirements and is serviceable over the temperature range of 4K to +275°F.

EP37-3FLF

With a low viscosity, EP37-3FLF is a superb potting, casting, encapsulating and underfill system that is serviceable over the temperature range of 4K to +250°F. As an adhesive, it forms forgiving, high strength bonds that offer excellent impact resistance as well as resistance to severe thermal cycling and shock. This room temperature curing system also offers a convenient one to one mix ratio by weight or volume. It has a long working life and a low exotherm upon cure.

EP30D-10

EP30D-10 offers abrasion, chemical resistance, optical clarity and superior electrical insulation properties. It is a versatile, flowable system for your most demanding bonding, sealing, casting and encapsulation applications. EP30D-10 cures at room temperature or even more rapidly at elevated temperatures. It has low moisture permeability, superior impact strength and has been used successfully at low temperatures.

MasterSil 803

Serviceable from -180°F to +500°F, MasterSil 803 is a one component, neutral curing oxime type silicone for high performance bonding, sealing, coating and formed-in-place gaskets. This translucent system has a non-drip application feature with a paste consistency. It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including glass, metals, many plastics, composites and various rubber materials including silicone.
