NASA low outgassing compliant, MasterSil 920-LO is an ideal material for the encapsulation of sensitive electronic and optical components, especially when low stress is a critical requirement. This neutral curing, RTV silicone has very good flow properties and outstanding electrical insulation values, which enhance its use as a conformal coating system. MasterSil 156

Featuring superb electrical insulation properties, MasterSil 156 is a two component, low viscosity silicone system for high performance potting, encapsulation and sealing. It combines high temperature resistance, flexibility, low shrinkage upon cure and thermal conductivity exceeding 8-9 BTU•in/ft²•hr•°F (1.15 W/(m•K)). This system also passes UL 94V-0 testing for flame retardancy.

MasterSil 705S

Silver filled MasterSil 705S is a single component silicone paste that cures at room temperature for bonding, sealing and EMI/RFI shielding applications. This easy to use compound is non-corrosive and has a very low volume resistivity of less than 0.01 ohm-cm. It combines both high flexibility and high bond strength with a service operating temperature range of -60°F to +400°F. It features especially good adhesion to other silicones permitting wide applicability for use with most gasketing materials.

EP30LV-1

EP21LV-LO

Two part, room temperature curing EP21LV-LO passes ASTM E595 testing for NASA low outgassing specifications. This low viscosity, electrically insulating epoxy is well suited for high performance bonding, sealing, coating and encapsulation. EP21LV-LO resists many chemicals including water, oils, fuels, acids, bases and salts quite well. It adhere well to a variety of substrates including metals, glass, ceramics and many types of rubber and plastics.

EP75-1

Master Bond EP75-1 is graphite filled, room temperature curing epoxy system that offers high lubricity and uniquely non-magnetic properties. It can be applied with minimal sagging even on vertical surfaces. EP75-1 resists harsh chemicals, bonds to dissimilar substrates and performs well from -60°F to 250°F. Its volume resistivity is 50-100 ohm-cm. This compound is widely employed in the electronic, electrical, computer, semiconductor, microwave, appliance, automotive industries, as well as for EMI/RFI shielding and static dissipation.
