This fluorosilicone system has a paste viscosity and is well suited for bonding, sealing, coating and formed-in-place gasketing applications. USP Class VI certified UV18Med is a special UV system for bonding, coating and sealing featuring superb chemical resistance, excellent physical strength properties and toughness. It cures readily in 20-30 seconds when exposed to a UV light. It is ideal for high production applications where fast fixture times and rapid curing are critical. UV18Med features superior optical clarity and bonds well to many plastics such as acrylics and polycarbonates.

EP62-1

Dimensionally stable, this two part epoxy has excellent physical strength properties and a glass transition temperature of 160-165°C. EP62-1 delivers superior chemical resistance against fuels, acids, bases and many solvents, even at high temperatures. It has a long pot life and versatile cure schedules at moderately elevated temperatures. It also exhibits excellent electrical insulation characteristics.

EP21ARHTND

Non-drip two part epoxy, EP21ARHTND is a high performance adhesive, sealant and coating with low shrinkage upon cure. It is noteworthy for its exceptional resistance to sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. Also, this system has superior physical properties and electrical insulation values. It is serviceable over the wide temperature range of -60°F to +400°F. This 100% reactive system has a smooth paste viscosity.

MasterSil 980

Featuring outstanding chemical resistance, MasterSil 980 is a two part fluorosilicone for bonding, sealing, coating and encapsulating. Compared to traditional silicones, this system withstands solvents, gasoline, diesel fuel, motor oil, ethanol and many other alcohols. MasterSil 980 is an addition cured system that does not require air or humidity for curing. It adheres well to many substrates and can resist the most aggressive types of thermal cycling as well as mechanical shock.

EP21TP-2

With a convenient one to one mix ratio by weight or volume, Master Bond EP21TP-2 features superior thermal shock and chemical resistance while maintaining durable bonds to similar and dissimilar substrates. EP21TP-2 cures at ambient temperatures or more rapidly at elevated temperatures and can be applied without sagging. This tough compound is noted for its ability to withstand prolonged exposure to fuel and oils. Shore D hardness is 60-65.
