MasterSil 705S: One Part, Silver Filled Silicone Adhesive/Sealant

MasterSil 705S is a single component silicone paste that cures at room temperature for bonding, sealing and EMI/RFI shielding applications. This easy to use compound is non-corrosive and has a very low volume resistivity of less than 0.01 ohm-cm. It combines both high flexibility and impressive bond strength with a service temperature range of -60°F to +400°F [-51°C to +200°C]. It also features superior adhesion to other silicones permitting wide applicability for use with most gasketing materials.

MB600S: Single Component, Silver Conductive Sodium Silicate Coating

MB600S is a one part, aqueous based sodium silicate coating formulated for applications where electromagnetic interference/radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI) shielding is required. Tested according to IEEE 299, 2006 methods, MB600S was as effective as the aluminum reference with a shielding effectiveness of 95-105 dB, from 1-2 GHz. It is easy to brush on and being water based, the system is relatively non-toxic. The silver filled system is also temperature resistant up to +700°F [+371°C].

EP21TDCS-LO: Two Part Silver Filled, Room Temperature Curing Epoxy

With exceptionally low volume resistivity of less than 10-3 ohm-cm, EP21TDCS-LO delivers outstanding electrical conductivity. This two component compound cures at room temperature and has a convenient one to one mix ratio by weight or volume. EP21TDCS-LO passes ASTM E595 requirements for NASA low outgassing and is serviceable over the temperature range of 4K to +275°F [4K to +135°C]. It has high toughness and impressive peel strength.
