Supreme 10HTS: One Part, Silver Epoxy Is NASA Approved

One component, silver conductive, Supreme 10HTS is a user friendly epoxy system featuring a low volume resistivity of <0.006 ohm-cm. It is formulated to withstand rigorous thermal cycling as well as thermal and mechanical shocks. Supreme 10HTS fully meets NASA low outgassing specifications. It is serviceable from 4K to +400°F.

EP77M-F: Rapid Setting Silver Conductive Epoxy Adhesive

EP77M-F delivers a very low volume resistivity of <0.001 ohm-cm. Unlike the majority of two part, electrically conductive epoxy systems, EP77M-F has a convenient, one to one mix ratio, by weight or volume. This smooth paste will set up at ambient temperatures within 5-7 minutes even when mixed in very small amounts. Full cures usually take about 8-12 hours at room temperature.

EP21TDCNFL: Nickel Conductive Epoxy Adhesive with Enhanced Flexibility

With a convenient one to one mix ratio, EP21TDCNFL is a highly flexible, two part, nickel filled, electrically conductive system for high performance bonding and sealing. It readily develops a tensile lap strength of more than 1,500 psi and a T-peel strength greater than 30 pli. EP21TDCNFL has a wide temperature range of 4K to +250°F. It is 100% reactive and contains not solvents or diluents.

MasterSil 155: Tough, Flexible Non-Magnetic Electrical Conductive Silicone

MasterSil 155 is a graphite filled, two component silicone with a smooth paste consistency which assures complete fill-in around contours in a variety of bonding and sealing applications. It is widely used in electronic components, electrical devices and various electro-optical systems as well as for special electronic circuitry. This product cures to a black rubber and offers superior protection against vibration, impact and shock. It is well suited for dissipating static electricity and for EMI/RFI shielding.

MS600SCN: High Temperature Resistant Adhesive Offers Superior Shielding Effectiveness

Featuring a silver coated nickel filler, MB600SCN is an aqueous based, sodium silicate system for use in applications where very good shielding effectiveness is required and cost considerations might be more pronounced. Conductive coatings are often applied to housings in order to protect electronic devices from electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI). MB600SCN forms strong, rigid bonds and is temperature resistant up to 1,500°F.
