MasterSil 713: Low Viscosity, One Component Fast Curing Silicone
image
Ideal for smaller encapsulations and conformal coating applications, MasterSil 713 is an easy to use one component silicone with an exceptionally low viscosity. This self leveling system cures rapidly at room temperature and is non-corrosive. Speed of cure depends upon the level of humidity and the thickness of the layer being cured. It can be cured in thicknesses up to ¼ inch deep with superb flexibility and elasticity. MasterSil 713 also offers outstanding electrical insulation properties.

EP3SP5FL: One Part “Snap Cure” Epoxy
image
Featuring an extraordinary combination of properties, EP3SP5FL is a one component epoxy offering snap cures of 1-2 minutes at 300°F. It has high strength properties, superior electrically insulation and is readily reworkable. With a flowable, moderate viscosity, EP3SP5FL adheres well to a variety of substrates including metals, composites, glass, ceramics, many rubbers and plastics. Additionally, it can withstand exposure to thermal cycling.

Supreme 10HTF-1: Cryogenically Serviceable, Toughened Epoxy Adhesive/Sealant
image
With a cure schedule of 5-10 minutes at 300°F or 15-20 minutes at 250°F, Supreme 10HTF-1 is a one part system with easy processing and a smooth paste consistency. It has fine dimensional stability and brilliant physical strength properties, particularly tensile lap shear and peel strength of >3,200 psi and 20-25 pli, respectively. Most importantly, Supreme 10HTF-1 is a toughened system and is capable of withstanding aggressive thermal cycling as well as mechanical shock and vibration.

EP41S-F: Versatile, Fast Curing Two Component Epoxy
image
Offering impressive physical strength characteristics, EP41S-F is an electrically insulative two component epoxy that cures rapidly at ambient and elevated temperatures. Typically faster curing epoxies are somewhat less chemically resistant than other types of systems, but EP41S-F is one of the few exceptions in that regard. It withstands many groups of chemicals quite well, especially oils, fuels, water and hydraulics.

UV16: UV Curable System Has Superior Physical Strength and Low Shrinkage
image
UV16 is a one component, high strength, low viscosity UV curable epoxy resin based polymer system for bonding, sealing and coating. It exhibits a desirably fast cure rate at ambient temperature upon exposure to UV light even in the presence of air. This system is also tough, strong and durable. It has excellent bond strength to a wide variety of substrates including plastics, glass, ceramics and most metals. UV16 has a service operating temperature of -80°F to 400°F.
