UV25: Glass Transition Temperature >180°C

image
Master Bond UV25 offers exceptional thermal stability over the broad service temperature range of -60°F to +500°F. This one part, moderate viscosity UV curable system bonds well to glass, surface treated metals and plastics such as polycarbonates and acrylics, among others. Additionally, this material is optically clear with a refractive index of 1.55 at room temperature.

UV10TKMed: High Viscosity Medical Grade Compound

image
UV10TKMed is USP Class VI approved and meets ISO10993-5 for cytotoxicity requirements. It is used in the assembly of medical devices and is capable of withstanding repeated sterilizations, including radiation, ethylene oxide, chemical sterilants and especially autoclaving. This higher viscosity, one part system has exceptionally good optical clarity, sterling physical properties and a very high glass transition temperature (Tg) that exceeds 140°C.

UV15DC80: One Component Dual Cure Formulation

image
Addressing “shadowing” issues, UV15DC80 is a dual cure epoxy based system that cures upon exposure to UV light and/or with heat. The heat portion of the cure schedule can be initiated at only 80°C rather than at the more common 125°C. It is not oxygen inhibited and has outstanding chemical resistance to many acids, bases, fuels and solvents. This unique adhesive is a superb electrical insulator and bonds well to metals, glass, ceramics and most plastics.

UV15-7: Impressive Light Transmission Properties

image
UV15-7 delivers superior physical strength properties, low shrinkage upon curing and good non-yellowing stability. This system bonds well to a wide variety of similar and dissimilar substrates including glass, metals and plastics, such as polycarbonates, acrylics and a number of polyester films. It exhibits an exceptional combination of properties including outstanding durability, and good electrical insulation properties, along with noteworthy thermal cycling capabilities.

UV22: Nanosilica Filled Epoxy System Has High Dimensional Stability

image
With superb optical clarity and abrasion resistance, UV22 will cure quickly and easily when exposed to a UV light source. Cationic systems, such as UV22, tend to have much higher temperature resistance than other UV type systems. Its glass transition temperature (Tg) with a straight UV cure is 100°C, and when post cured for 30 minutes at 125-150°C, the Tg is 135°C.
