Supreme 46HT-2ND2

Featuring an attractive balance of superior shear and peel strengths, Supreme 46HT-2ND2 is a two component, non-drip epoxy for structural bonding. It is suitable for applications where long-term exposure to temperatures from -100°F to +500°F is required. This toughened system produces durable bonds which are resistant to thermal cycling as well as a wide variety of chemicals.

EP30HT

With high light transmission properties, EP30HT resists temperatures up to 400°F. It exhibits impressive physical strength and excellent adhesion to both similar and dissimilar substrates. EP30HT has exceptionally low shrinkage after cure and forms bonds that are rigid and resistant to chemicals. This compound has a four to one mix ratio by weight and is available in convenient syringe and gun applicators.

EP30-2

Master Bond EP30-2 is a two component epoxy adhesive, sealant and laminating compound. It cures at room temperatures and has a low mixed viscosity. Bonds are durable and tough. EP30-2 can resist temperatures up to 300°F and is optically clear. NASA low outgassing approved, this compound can withstand exposure to thermal cycling and chemicals.

Supreme 10HT

Cryogenically serviceable, Supreme 10HT is a one component epoxy system formulated to cure at elevated temperatures. This compound offers tensile shear strengths in excess of 3,600 psi and T-peel strengths up to 30 pli. Supreme 10HT also withstands severe thermal cycling along with mechanical shock and vibration.

EP34

Delivering a tensile strength of over 9,500 psi at room temperature, EP34 is a two component epoxy system for bonding, sealing and coating. This room temperature curable system offers exceptional dimensional stability, high temperature resistance and electrical insulation properties. It is also machinable with conventional tools.

Flexible, durable, high performance epoxy adhesive Master Bond EP40 has exceptional bond strength to polycarbonate, ABS and acrylic plastics. It has high shear and peel strength and can withstand exposure to vibration, impact and shock while maintaining superb resistance to thermal cycling. This room temperature curing epoxy system is easy to apply and has a non-critical one to one mix ratio by weight or volume.
