Cure Schedule

Well suited for bonding, sealing, casting and potting applications, Master Bond EP30M4 has a moderate viscosity with good flow and electrical insulation properties. This two part epoxy offers superior resistance to a wide variety of chemicals including water, acids, bases, fuels and oils, along with many aggressive solvents.

EP30M4 produces exceptionally high compressive and tensile strengths of 10,000 psi and 7,000 psi, respectively. It offers excellent adhesion to both similar and dissimilar substrates including metals, glass, ceramics and many plastics.


This system has a non-critical 100 to 60 weight and is serviceable over the wide temperature range of -80°F to +300°F. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or other volatiles.
