MasterSil 971-LO: Electrically Insulative, Optically Clear Two Component Silicone

Addition cured, MasterSil 971-LO does not require air for curing and will crosslink in sections thicker than 1 inch. Handling for this compound is user friendly; its mix ratio is one to one by weight and its working life is a convenient 3-4 hours for a 100 gram batch. This NASA low outgassing approved system meets ASTM E595 specifications and has good tensile lap shear strength and tensile strength properties. Elongation is 100-150%. It also is a first class electrical insulator.

EP65HT-1: Super Fast Cure Adhesive Withstands Chemicals

Master Bond epoxy adhesive EP65HT-1 features an unusual combination of ultra-fast cures and high temperature resistance. This compound sets up in 3-5 minutes in 10-20 gram masses at room temperature. It has a service operating temperature range of -60°F to +400°F. EP110F8-1: Two component high performance epoxy adhesive with a long pot life

Master Bond EP110F8-1 is a two component epoxy system with a long pot life (at least 2-3 days at room temperature). It is used primarily for potting, sealing, encapsulating and casting. This low viscosity system has a convenient and very forgiving one to two mix ratio by weight. It requires an elevated temperature cure at 250-300°F in 4-6 hours. Volume resistivity is >1015 ohm-cm. It features outstanding electrical insulation properties and is highly resistant to thermal cycling and shock.
