Master Bond UV25 offers extraordinarily high heat resistance with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 186°C and a service temperature range of -60°F to +500°F. This multi-talented UV curable adhesive can also be used as a sealant, coating or encapsulation material. It features excellent dimensional stability, superior optical clarity and good chemical resistance.

UV25 cures quickly in 20-30 seconds when exposed to a UV light source emitting a wavelength of 320-365 nm with an energy output as low as 20-40 milliwatts per cm². The rate of cure depends upon the compound’s distance from the light source, the thickness of the section being cured and of course the intensity of the light source. Master Bond UV25 is not oxygen inhibited and bonds well to glass, surface treated metals and plastics such as polycarbonates and acrylics, among others.
